Andy Walsh
Genesee Regional Manager
More About Andy
Joined the Parkitects Team in 2021
Andy graduated from SUNY Cobleskill with a Bachelor of Technology in Ornamental Horticulture and Landscape Design. A Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI), Andy has built some of the most recognized public and private landscapes in Boston, MA, and New York City, NY. His first playground project was in Franklin Hill, MA, in 2009, followed by managing the award-winning Frieda Garcia Park playground build in 2013. Andy has contributed to the design and development of premier playgrounds throughout the Genesee Valley Region. He loves sharing his play journey with his wife and daughter as they visit playground builds in the Greater Rochester Community.

Ben Frasier
President

Ben’s passion for play began when he helped design and build the Leathers Community Playground in his hometown of Lyndonville, New York. This early experience showed him the power of what communities can achieve together. After serving four years in AmeriCorps* NCCC and working with KaBoom! leading community playground builds across the U.S., Ben found his home with Landscape Structures. Determined to bring their culture to his home region, Ben joined Parkitects and became a champion for communities throughout New York State.

Cam Chamberlain

Joined the Parkitects Team in 2024
Cam started with Parkitects after seven years in landscape construction. He graduated from SUNY Cobleskill in 2018 with a Bachelor of Technology in Landscape Contracting. Cam has extensive experience in installation, design, and estimation within the construction industry and has lived and worked in Illinois, Maryland, New Hampshire, and New York. He is passionate about the play industry and deeply values the dedicated team at Parkitects, believing the joy this team helps bring to children of all ages and capabilities makes this job one in a million. Now residing in New Windsor with his wife Annie, he became a certified playground safety inspector through the NRPA in March 2024. Outside of work, Cam enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends, as well as golfing, running, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.

Cindy Richards

Cindy is the Director of Finance at Parkitects. She has decades of accounting and management experience, including 17 years as CFO of a property management, private lending, and real estate company, and is eager to apply her skills to the playground industry and to learn all about this new field
When Cindy is not working, she enjoys spending time with her grandson, listening to music, and traveling. She loves the outdoors and spending her free time hiking, working out or boating.

Dan Schuldt

Dan is the North Country Regional Sales Manager for Parkitects. He is committed to help communities create engaging outdoor play spaces. With background in software and analytics, he began his career solving complex data challenges but always had a passion for the outdoors. Parkitects allows him to blend his expertise with his love for outdoor recreation, enriching children’s lives through play
Outside of work, Dan loves the outdoors-hiking, geocaching, biking, and any. activity that gets his family outside. Passionate about photography, fitness, obstacle racing, and 3D printing, he’s always finding new ways to create and explore. Whether designing play spaces or adventuring with his wife and kids, Dan is committed to bringing people together through outdoor experiences.

Dante is the Social Media Coordinator & Project Support Specialist for Parkitects. They joined the team shortly after graduating from the University of Buffalo with a degree in Media Study and a concentration in production. Dante enjoys providing support to the regional managers while also working with the marketing team to promote the company’s vision and core values. When they aren’t working, Dante loves to hammock, explore nature, listen to live music, and hang out with friends.

Dave Mason

Dave’s passion for construction began in childhood with Legos, Tonka Trucks, and drawing. After high school, he started in construction, forming and pouring concrete foundations—his love of building started literally from the ground up. Dave earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and gained extensive experience in various trades, estimating, and project management while working for general contractors. He began volunteering with Parkitects in 2010 on community builds and fell in love with improving communities through play. Dave joined Parkitects part-time in 2022 and transitioned to full-time in 2024 as a project manager and Certified Playground Safety Inspector.

Isabel is an avid music enthusiast with a passion for the guitar and is a local DJ. She also loves to read, travel, and spend time outdoors.

Karen “KJ” O’Connor

Karen has a degree in sociology from SUNY Cortland. She spent several years as a social worker but found she missed recess too much! She joined Parkitects with a focus on inside sales but quickly transitioned to project management. She loves collaborating with communities and schools to bring fun and challenging play experiences to their kids, and often travels with Peri, the Playground Pup, by her side.

Director of Operations, Kelle Perreault comes equipped to the team with 2+ decades of leadership experience in the playground industry. Kelle is an astute planner and organizer who finds it rewarding to create systems that streamline Parkitects business operations. Bonus points – she gets to see her grandsons enjoy the playgrounds Parkitects create.
Outside of work, Kelle loves to knit and considers herself a dog enthusiast. She is a proud and happy grandma of two young boys.

Leore Kushner

Leore is a dedicated Playground Consultant at Parkitects, serving East New York. With seven years of experience, Leore is committed to creating inclusive, engaging, and safe outdoor spaces. Graduating from Tulane University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Neuropsychology, Leore brings a deep understanding of play’s physical and cognitive benefits to each project. Outside of work, Leore enjoys an active lifestyle including soccer, disc golf, hiking, and skiing. Passionate about gardening and bonsai, Leore served as PTA president and was a walk-on kicker for the University of Miami football team.

Lucas Pruch

Lucas is the Western New York Regional Sales Manager for Parkitects. He is a strong advocate for play and encourages both kids and families to get outdoors. He enjoys working with communities to create new and exciting outdoor play spaces. Spending time on the playground with his son has motivated him to offer others the chance to discover and enjoy that same sense of joy.
Lucas lives in Orchard Park with his wife and son. The family spends most of their free time hiking in local parks, exploring new playgrounds, or simply walking around their neighborhood and relaxing on their deck.

Lynn Mason
Landscape Architect

Lynn is a Landscape Architect, RLA, ASLA, and CPSI with dual Master’s degrees in Architecture and Landscape Architecture. She began her career at a small firm in North Tonawanda, leading school playground designs and playing a key role in helping the Buffalo Public School District recognize the importance of play for every elementary school.
After six years and many collaborations with Parkitects and Ben Frasier, Lynn officially joined the Parkitects team to continue her passion for creating meaningful play spaces. She loves working with schools and communities to bring their dream playgrounds to life and values the lasting impact these spaces have.
Lynn is active in the Village of Hamburg Community Foundation and leads Girl Scout troops for her daughters, encouraging service and outdoor exploration. Her family of five enjoys camping at state parks, where her children play on Parkitects-designed playgrounds, hike, and fish.

Nathan Emery
Central NY Project Manager & Installation Coordinator

Joined the Parkitects Team in 2019
Nathan is an avid outdoorsman who finds peace and pleasure in hunting and fishing. Nathan has served as an installer, community build leader, and now project manager. Nathan holds certifications as a CPSI and OSHA 10, FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot, and a Commercial Driver’s License Class B with tank and air brake endorsements. He is also certified in forklift and aerial man-lift operation. Family holds a central place in his heart; he cherishes moments around the dinner table and stories around a campfire. He finds joy in both his work and play in the great outdoors.

Pam Schuner

Pam is a former certified special education teacher and administrator with degrees from SUNY Empire State College, Niagara University, and SUNY College at Brockport. She holds master’s degrees in early childhood education, elementary education, special education, literacy, and educational administration. As a mom, teacher, and coach, Pam has experienced the joy of play in her local neighborhood, classrooms, and on the soccer and softball fields. At most gatherings, she will be the first to “play” or initiate play activities. Prior to joining Parkitects, she volunteered for 25 years to build playgrounds for local communities. She is dedicated to developing inclusive play opportunities and enjoys camping, hiking, biking, kayaking, disc golf, and playing tabletop games with her husband, Jeff. A motto she lives by is “take time to play as the memories created will last a lifetime.”

Sara Emery
Marketing & Sales Support Specialist

Sara is the DuMor Sales Representative and Sales Support Specialist. She started as a weekend volunteer on community builds before joining full-time in 2015. Experiencing firsthand the joy Parkitects brings to children and families motivated her to join the team. Being able to create and facilitate lasting impacts is important to Sara, and she does this through her work with the company. She enjoys working with communities and seeing the difference they can make in people’s lives. In her free time, Sara loves gardening, beekeeping, and knitting. She also enjoys spending time with her three children, who have shown her the truest form and perspective of play.

Professionally, Stephen draws on years of experience working under pressure, solving problems creatively, and connecting with people from all walks of life. His positive attitude and integrity are key to how he approaches each project and team collaboration.
Stephen sees play as a vital part of life—whether it’s hands-on work, light-hearted humor, or finding fun in everyday situations. Outside of work, he enjoys building and fixing things, spending time with family, and getting out on the golf course whenever he can.
